    “Es gibt in der Nähe des Hauses ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. In nur 1,4 Km Entfernung gibt es einen Continente Supermarkt mit Tiefgarage, der alles hat, was man braucht. Ansonsten kommt man mit den Auto überall hin, auch wenn es ständig bergauf und bergab geht. Aber so ist Madeira. Funchal ist eine malerische Stadt mit viel Grün und einer sehr schönen Altstadt und vielen guten Restaurants.”
