This perfectly renovated vacation apartment on the first and top floor of a large villa is composed of three generously sized rooms. Guests have access to a small terrace at the bottom of the garden. The property on a quiet cul-de-sac is ideally located to discover Cannes, take advantage of the fine sandy beaches, stroll along the Boulevard de la Croisette and climb the famous steps of the Palais des Festivals. Here you will spend a dream vacation in a unique and sunny region. Two private and free parking spaces just in front of the house. The swimming pool is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Upon prior request, it can also be used on weekends. On request and for a fee: barbecue, crib and high chair.

    “Zeer moi appartement, zeer verzorgd. Ook een zeer mooi afgewerkte en afgesloten tuin met zwembad, ideaal voor de kinderen. Dit appartement bevind zich in een doodlopende straat, dus rustig gelegen en op wandel afstand van het stadscentrum. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Zij wonen onder het appartement, dit is dan het enige waar je rekening moet mee houden. Maar zijn zeer gedienstig en behulpzaam. Zeker aan te raden!”

    “Top-Ausstattung und Zustand. Vier Sterne-Klassifizierung verdient. Nicht nur Waschmaschine sondern Wäschetrockner. Zudem Internet (WLAN) verfügbar. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.
    Man läuft 5-10 Minuten zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bis zum Zentrum und Strand etwa 15 Minuten. Sehr ruhige Lage.”

    “In dieser perfekt ausgestatteten und absolut hervorragenden Wohnung einen Urlaub zu verbringen, war ein Traum. Neuwertiger und gleichsam hochwertiger, mit allem ausgestattetem und sauberem Zustand. Parken vor der Tür und sehr nette Vermieter runden dieses Angebot ab. Jeden Euro wert! Wir hatten noch nie eine derart perfekt eingerichtete und zum Wohlfühlen einladende Wohnung und wir hatte gewiss schon einige. Kompliment an die Eigentümer und hoffentlich dürfen noch viele nach uns hier Urlaub machen. Seit 25 Jahren machen wir in Frankreich Urlaub und wir dürfen ruhigen Gewissens sagen, dass dies die schönste Wohnung war, die wir jemals hatten. Angefangen vom Porzellan, über die Möblierung bis zur Klimaanlage,..einfach alles da! Nochmals vielen Dank, dass wir hier sein durften! (Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre ein deutsches Nachrichtenprogramm gewesen....:-)))”
