Holiday apartments amidst nature

It is easy to switch off here and forget everyday life. You can relax and listen to the twittering of birds or watch deer from the generous terrace or your holiday apartment in the midst of beautiful nature in Patzig, at the heart of the island of Rügen, as well as witness lovely sunsets and listen to the crickets.

You can’t hear much else in Patzig, as the apartments are located away from the usual hustle and bustle on the streets and are ideally situated for cycling or hiking tours, or car trips.

The famous Störtebeker festival, which takes places every year from June to September, is only about three kilometres away and the major Baltic Sea beaches are 15-20 minutes away by car. It is worth seeing the Patzig burial mounds, of which there are 13, the largest site in northern Germany. There are also the Mühlenmuseum, the Sankt Margareten Church, a Gothic single-nave church from the 15th century, which houses the oldest baptismal font on the island of Rügen.

You can find restaurants and shops in Ralswiek and Bergen, about a five-minute drive away. There are two small village shops for everyday shopping in Patzig.

This is a non-smoking apartment of around 40m² flooded with daylight, suitable for two people, with panoramic windows and a big terrace for romantic sunsets. Here you can enjoy an unobstructed view of pristine nature. Let yourself be enchanted by the chirping of birds and also observe rare species, with a bit of luck you will be able to spot the flying skills of the pair of white-tailed sea eagles. The apartment has a kitchen unit with a two-ring ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All the appliances are new and in good condition. An LED flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, wireless Internet access and a radio alarm provide entertainment. There is generous storage space and the apartment exudes a cosy atmosphere. The under-floor heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Bed linen, towels and a bath mat are provided. Beach towels are not included. The bed measures 180 x 200cm.
