This villa is located at the border of the village S. Leonardo in Treponzio, on the hills and in short distance (roughly 800 m) from a grocery, a restaurant and some little shops. It is completely surrounded by a spacious, 5’000sqm sized garden with olive trees and vineyards, it will suit ideally 2 families travelling together or a group of friends.
