Holiday house in a small complex with a community pool, free wireless internet access and entertainment for the kids

This holiday house is located in a small holiday complex on a narrow road near the centre of Les Arcs, a small community in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.

The living area boasts an open plan kitchen unit, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a patio. The living room also a dining table with chairs and a sofa bed for one (1.20 x 1.90 m). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a gas stove, a coffee maker and a kettle and more. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 1.90m) and two separate single beds (0.80x1.90m/0.70 x 1.9 m). Radiators are installed in the bathroom and the living room.

The small complex consists of five identical holiday homes and is ideal for family vacations, bicycling and hiking and relaxing in the woods and vineyards.

The small complex sits on a large garden with an outdoor pool, a ping pong table, a badminton court, Pétanque and a play area for children. Wireless internet access is available free of charge.In Les Arcs, you can find a hypermarket, shops, restaurants, a baker and a train station. Distances: the ocean at St Maxime (30km), St Tropez (40km), the Gorges du Verdon (60km). There are several small market towns dotted around Les Arcs. We recommend visits to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Grasse. Activities abound: aquatic sports, canoeing, fishing, rafting, golfing, mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding.

The patio in front of the house is furnished with a table and chairs. A sun shade and sun loungers are also available for your use. Parking is available at the property. The property is surrounded by a wall.

    “dejlig rolig beliggenhed, dog for langt fra Les Arcs by . Dejlig swimmingpool og stor terrasse. Venligt engelsktalende værtspar.
    Ikke meget køkkenudstyr, der mangler bl.a skåle/bokse til opbevaring i køleskabet. Køleskabet har for lille kapacitet og fryseboksen ikke optimal.
    2 selvstændige soveværelser er ikke korrekt. Det ene soveværelse er en åben hems. Det andet soveværelse fungerer også som udgang fra selve huset. Det er ikke tilfredsstillende. Vi fik åbnet et hegn fra terrasse til parkering, så vi kunne komme ud af huset, når det andet par stadig sov.     “Das Haus liegt schön in einer waldigen Umgebung, das Städtchen Les Arcs ist nicht weit entfernt und sehr hübsch, alle notwendigen Geschäfte findet man hier.
    Das Haus selbst ist sehr einfach, aber ausreichend und sauber eingerichtet. Für kleine Kinder ist die Empore nicht zu empfehlen, das Geländer hat große Öffnungen.
    Außenanlage mit Swimmingpool hübsch.
    Was uns allerdings zur verfrühten Abreise veranlasst hat: Die Appartements sind äußerst hellhörig, und nebenan war an eine Männergruppe vermietet, die 24 h laut Musik gehört und Party gemacht hat. Die Gruppe wohnte dort offenbar über einen längeren Zeitraum , eine Besserung der Nachtruhe war auch nach einem Gespräch mit den Vermietern leider nicht zu erreichen. Schade um das Geld.”

    “Ausflüge zum Mittelmeer, aber auch zum Verdon sind gut erreichbar, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und geben Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, der Pool bietet eine Abkühlung, auf der Terrasse und am Pool kann man sehr gut entspannen, ruhig gelegen, Herd zum Kochen, Mikrowelle, Töpfe, Geschirr usw. ausreichend vorhanden, leider kein Ofen”
