Apartment with garden and access to the lake

The holiday apartment is located in a villa surrounded by beautiful scenery in Manerba del Garda, Lombardy. It is in a quiet residential area, just 200 metres from the lake. A little paradise amid nature.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed respectively, as well as a wardrobe, are at your disposal. An additional single bed can be placed here.There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen-cum-living room has a television with satellite TV as well as a dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery.

An own garden with a terrace (30 sqm) with table, chairs, deck chairs and sunshade invites you to relax. Parking spaces are also available.

The owner lives next door in the complex. Upon requests he offers tours with a motor boat (fee applicable).

Direct access to the lake is only a five-minute walk away. The bay at the lake is one of the most beautiful bays at Lake Garda, with the conigli (rabbits) and the Garda island that can be reached by boat. The towns of Salò and Desenzano are only a few kilometres away. The mountains can also be reached quickly.

    “Eine tolle Wohnung, sehr sauber und hell, es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter sehr sehr herzlich und nett, keine Frage bleibt ungelöst, jederzeit waren Sie zu erreichen.Der Garten mit Blick auf den See läßt die Seele aufatmen. Nur 5 Minuten zum Gardasee, Restaurants und Cafés sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir werden diese Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Und fürs nächste Jahr wird auch wieder gebucht.”

    “Echt schön die Wohnung, die Umgebung, das ganze Ambiente. Positiv: Die Fewo war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem, der kleine Garten und die Terrasse waren sehr schön und zu Fuß war man in wenigen Minuten am Strand, am See.
    Ein herrlicher Fleck Erde um Urlaub zu machen.
    Die Vermieter sind super freundlich!”

    “Positiv: Was die Unterkunft betraf sie war sauber und ordentlich.
    Die Umgebung war auch super, zum Wasser war es auch nicht weit.
    Es gibt verschiedene Ansichten dazu, jeder hat einen anderen Geschmack. Für uns war es leider eher nichts. Und durch die anderen Gegebenheiten (wie im negativen aufgeführt) fühlten wir uns hier nicht wohl.”
