This well-kept wooden holiday home is situated on the attractive Øer with good bathing possibilities, many activities such as fishing, surfing, walks etc and near Ebeltoft. The house is suitable for two families as it is well-equipped with e.g. two practical bathrooms with floor heating. In the light pool room, you can enjoy your holiday with a fresh swim in the swimming pool or relax in the warm water in the large whirlpool with room for 7 persons. The solarium will make sure that you keep your tan, and the sauna will provide the warmth you need. There are large windows between the living room and the pool room so that you can keep an eye on the children. Or, enjoy a dvd-movie on the new 42' plasma tv. A well-equipped kitchen with all white goods completes the picture of a pleasant holiday in this perfect house. Extra TV and playstation in one bedroom.
