The villa is located in Calpe. The urbanization of Maryvilla is a residential and quiet area, situated about 3 km from the center of Calpe and the sandy beach of Arenal-bol.
The villa has a covered terrace with seaview and mountainview. The ground is about 850 m² large. Outside, you will enjoy the private swimming pool (8x4 metres) with a roman staircase. A short distance allows you to reach easily the center of Calpe (3 km) as well as the sandy beach, supermarket ("mas y mas" - 2,3 km), tennis club (1 km) etc.
