This holiday house is perfectly located on a dune plot, just a few minutes walking distance from the North Sea. It offers fantastic view of the sea and dunes from a hilltop on the plot. From outside you reach a small laundry room, which directly leads to the bright pool area with hot tub, sauna and bathroom. A few steps away you will find the cosy, small and well-equipped kitchen with open dining room. A cosy living area with comfortable furniture is at the end of the room. The house has an open beam and except the wet rooms, all have brick flooring with underfloor heating.
