The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1880, renovated in 2010 and is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on a farm. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger and garden furniture.

With a Wippski winter pass, the ski center offers 9 lifts and 25 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty, 12 km of high-altitude trails and 11 km of toboggan runs. Ski tours and snow hikes are possible directly from the house. Ice climbing (ice tower) 100 m. Hintertux Glacier 120 km. It takes 1 hour to drive to the Stubeier Glacier and 2 hours to the Zillertal Glacier.

    “Zeer mooie locatie, iets afgelegen met elke dag diezelfde berg op en af te moeten, maar zeer rustig, vriendelijke dame, rest van die familie helaas vooral 's ochtends vanaf 6u nogal luidruchtig.”
