This bright house is equipped with a loft and offers sea view from the 1st floor.

This bright, comfortably furnished holiday home guarantees you happiness: The floor- to-ceiling windows and a cathedral type ceiling creates an open living room.

From the living / dining area (with open kitchen and fireplace) a staircase leads you to the broad loft which has a second, spacious living area (22 square metres). From here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. An additional double bed is provided in the loft area. The house also has a large south facing terrace with garden furniture and private barbecue, where you can relax.
The Süssauer Beach is a long natural beach and is located in the good-weather corner, "Ostholstein” which is situated near the Fehmarn Island. The larger part of the beach has been freely allocated for dogs so that the four-legged friends can enjoy right here.

A small sauna house which offers Finnish sauna is located not far from the house. The beach sauna and the in-house gym are available for a nominal fee. Register at the front desk for availing these services. On request you, will receive sauna cloaks and sauna towels.

For anglers the Süssauer Beach offers a unique sea trout route. On the property shared fish cleaning place and freezer facilities are available.

In the event of inclement weather the surrounding areas offer rewarding excursion destinations: the Baltic health spa resort Großenbrode, the Schleswig-Holstein Lake district, the Hansa Park Sierksdorf and the Island of Fehmarn with shark and marine centre, a donkey park and the 'Noah's Ark'. Denmark is only a short distance away.

You can explore the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein on the well-maintained bike paths. Bicycles are available on rent locally. Ideal conditions for a varied beach holiday!

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir waren zu viert, bei mehr Personen wäre es etwas eng. Oben kein Stauraum vorhanden. Weg zum Strand sehr kurz, ruhige Lage, Einrichtung in sehr gutem Zustand und ausreichend. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
    Sonnenschirm und Jalousie war defekt. Dies war bekannt und wurde aber nicht behoben. Glücklicherweise bräuchten wir beides nicht. Schwalbennest direkt über dem Terrasseneingang und somit war dieser dauernd versch...... (wir sind ja aber Tierfreunde - ein Brett unter dem Schwalbennest würde hier Abhilfe schaffen)”

    “Sehr schönes modernes, helles Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand. Schade war nur, dass wir von dern Baustellen auf der Anlage nichts wussten. Es fehlt ein Zaun um das Haus, damit man ruhiger sitzt.”

    “Das Haus selbst ist wirklich klasse, großzügige Aufteilung, modern und hell. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Alles da, was man braucht.
    Nicht so schön war allerdings, dass die Terrasse z.T. abgesackt war, da müsste mal was dran getan werden. Auch nicht so schön war, dass die Terrasse keinerlei Abgrenzung hatte, d.h. man saß regelrecht auf dem Präsentierteller. Kleiner Zaun oder Thuya-Hecke wäre perfekt - die Nachbarn haben das schon erkannt. Das ist vor allem dann wichtig, wenn - wie absehbar - die unmittelbaren Nachbargrundstücke bebaut werden.
    Ansonsten: Zum Strand waren es nur ein paar Meter. Leider halten sich viele Hundehalter nicht an die Schilder, die den Hundestrand ausweisen. Zumeist schmaler Kieselstrand, dem ein wenig Pflege nicht schaden würde.
    Nicht empfehlenswert: Das lokale WLAN, das macht ständig schlapp!”
