Riad Dar Habiba is a cosy and traditional townhouse (riad) in the middle of the medina/old town (very central and yet quiet), fully equipped and with its own roof terrace just for the respective guests.

As hosts, we are there for you, introduce you to the culture and the country and make you feel ‘at home’.

Riad Dar Habiba is your ideal accommodation for a shorter or longer trip to Marrakech. In collaboration with local craftsmen and artists, you will find a small oasis in the centre of the city.

The entire accommodation exclusively (!) for you:
- 3 separate bedrooms with a large double bed
- Cosy living room (‘bhou’, Moroccan sitting area) in the covered inner courtyard
- 3 bathrooms
- Kitchen for preparing meals
- Private roof terrace with seating for relaxing
- Possibility for home office (Internet/WLAN throughout the house and workplace)
- TV and washing machine for clothes

Recommendations: start your trip to Marrakech with a transfer organised by us at a fair price: pick-up directly at the airport and then directly to your riad (from ‘Jemaa el Fna’ on foot with porter). On request and depending on capacity, we can also cater for your culinary needs (breakfast, lunch and dinner available).

For longer stays and on request we offer a laundry and cleaning service.

Stroll through the alleyways of the old town and you will find countless restaurants and cafés, shopping opportunities, wellness offers and sights in the immediate vicinity.

To create more atmosphere for our guests, the terraces of our riads are planted with plants. Depending on the weather (and the length of your stay), a gardener will come by on a situational basis to take care of the plants or we will combine this with the service (as little inconvenience as possible for the guests).
