It's love at first sight: When it stands in front of you with its pretty light blue shutters and inviting pool, it seems as if it has been waiting for you to say: welcome to your holiday! Villa Sa Font den Molins is located in the middle of a dreamlike environment of forests, meadows, almond and fig plantations and is therefore the perfect place to take a deep breath and enjoy the beauty of nature. Enjoy the south-facing position of this property, where you can soak up all the sun you want! If you prefer shade, there is plenty of it too: the house offers two covered terraces, one at the front and one at the back. If you feel like exercising at some point, you can stroll through the house's own orchard, which invites you to enjoy a vitamin-packed lunchtime snack. Surrounded by this rural tranquillity, you will feel the lightness of being in no time at all... In the evening, it's time for a cosy BBQ with fresh meat and vegetables, which you can get at the weekly market in Son Servera on Fridays.

This villa not only enchants with its charm on the outside, it also welcomes its guests inside with plenty of light and a friendly atmosphere. All the fabrics and wall colours used are predominantly in light cream and beige tones; they give the house a wonderfully airy flair that invites you to linger. In combination with the well-equipped furnishings, which function perfectly without superfluous frills, a pleasant harmony is created. If you look closely, you will quickly discover that this villa was originally a mill. Many special architectural features that hint at this are still visible throughout the villa: stone arches, wooden ceiling beams and partially unrendered stone walls give the villa a natural feel. In the living room, the raised seating area with sofas is a real eye-catcher and also promises privacy and cosiness. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and Melitta coffee machine - everything you need for your daily needs - as well as a dining area. The bedrooms also have a clean, natural design that is soft and calming. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom and two have two single beds. An extra bed can be provided if required.

This villa is simply a treat for anyone looking for a wonderfully relaxing holiday. It is close to the Ma-4032 motorway, which connects the interior of the country with the east coast. Numerous great excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the often overlooked small farming town of Son Servera, are within easy reach. Discover the Església Nova, the church that was never completed; concerts are also held there from time to time. Or admire the picturesque old farmsteads and the Pont d'en Calet aqueduct in Son Servera. At sunset, don't miss a sundowner at the beach bar of Port Verd del Mar, which not only offers breathtaking views of the water, but also an extremely relaxed atmosphere with a touch of class. Cyclists will find their own Eldorado thanks to the villa's location: there is a cycle path to Manacor with gentle, flat routes as well as challenging routes through the mountains just waiting to be explored! A dream in the countryside is how Villa Sa Font den Molins can be described. It is situated in a marvellous rural location near the small country town of Son Servera. You can buy your daily necessities and find numerous bars and restaurants in the village, which is only 3 km away. Popular sandy beaches on the east coast such as Sa Marjal or Cala Bona are only a few kilometres away by car.
