The holiday home Es Campets welcomes you to an estate adorned with Mediterranean greenery in the heart of Mallorca. It is surrounded by a gently rolling landscape with olive groves. In the centre of the property, connected to the house via a spacious terrace, you will find an inviting pool with easy access and a sun terrace adorned with a fountain. This area is also clearly visible from the covered veranda by the house and the cosy summer kitchen with built-in barbecue. Adjacent to the pool is a green area with tall palm trees and Mediterranean plants, offering a shady retreat to relax in. Just behind it, another highlight awaits you: your private tennis court, where you can even play until late in the evening thanks to floodlights (tennis rackets are provided!). The outdoor facilities also include a table tennis table, a children's playground, a vegetable garden that provides fresh produce depending on the season, as well as a few friendly chickens and ducks. The finca is located around 30 km from Palma airport. Despite the idyllic location, increased air traffic is to be expected, especially in the high season.

The interior, with its well-equipped and spacious rooms, comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The covered veranda leads directly into the cosy living/dining area, which is equipped with TV, internet and a CD player. The bright adjoining kitchen has its own exit to the pool terrace and is well equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob and small appliances such as a hand mixer and iron. The three double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, are accessible from the main living area. Thanks to wooden shutters, they can be easily darkened for siesta time. There is also a separate bathroom for shared use. Look forward to a relaxing holiday with your family on this lovingly maintained Mallorcan finca, which impresses not least with its sensational value for money.

The stunning natural stone villa Es Campets with tennis court and large, private pool is located near Sencelles in the heart of Mallorca. It sits on a 17,500 m² plot surrounded by Mediterranean nature. If you want to go shopping, you can drive to Sencelles or to the island metropolis of Palma, which you can reach quickly from here. The beaches in the east and south of Mallorca can be reached in just 2025 minutes by car.
