On an area of 2,000 m² with beautiful trees and flowers, you will find real peace and quiet around this cosy holiday home on Mallorca, without immediately finding yourself in a lonely place. The tall, varied trees and shrubs convey an inviting feeling of security and naturally pleasant, airy natural shade. Paved paths lead to the various pretty spots, including the shallow pool, which is easily accessible via a Roman staircase, and the surrounding terrace, where comfortable sun loungers await sun worshippers. A covered area next door invites you to relax in the shade while keeping an eye on the children who may be splashing around. The table tennis table is also located here in the shade for a match in between. Several covered areas right next to the house offer additional, rustic seating for relaxing or eating together, for example at the barbecue, which can be heated up in the evening in the outdoor kitchen and on which Mediterranean delicacies can be cooked.

The interior of Can Papalaia has also been lovingly decorated. The atmosphere of the rooms is characterised by the many small details that are waiting to be discovered: various murals and other wall decorations, pretty lamps, unique accessories. Solid furniture, lots of wood including classic wooden beams on the ceilings harmoniously round off the charming Mallorcan flair. The fully equipped kitchen and the dining/living room form the centrepiece of the ground floor, where there are also three cosy double bedrooms, one of which is connected to a single bedroom, and two bathrooms. On the upper floor, the studio-like sleeping area with its own bathroom is located in an open-plan layout. The house, which offers 450 m² of living space, can be lived in all year round thanks to heating and air conditioning, and the fireplace can also be used if desired. The idyllically situated finca Can Papalaia with its lush garden and private pool is surrounded by greenery on the outskirts of Port de Pollença and the bay of the same name. Shopping facilities are just a few minutes away by car. The beautiful coastal town also has a fine sandy town beach and numerous bars and restaurants. Other sandy beaches can also be reached in a short time, for example Can Cap de Bou is only 10 minutes away by car.
