With its traditional Mallorcan ambience, the Villa Font a Mar is more arthouse cinema than mainstream Hollywood. But with a high-quality programme that characterises the villa through and through. Situated in the middle of a gently rolling landscape close to the coast, the south-east-facing property offers a magnificent view over the unspoilt garden to the nearby sea. In the morning, you can marvel at the cinema backdrop and enjoy the wonderful spectacle of the sunrise over the Mare Mediterraneum. Box seats are reserved for you every day of your holiday, either on the various private terraces or even directly in the pool. Late risers may also want to change their routine a little. After all, how often do you get the chance to swim in the rising sun or have breakfast at dawn to start the day? The cosy dining area on the covered terrace on the first floor of the house is perfect for this. As the director of your own holiday, you can also change the scenery and move to a different part of the outdoor area. Whether you prefer to sunbathe on comfortable sun loungers, cool off in the large pool, take a siesta under a shady four-poster bed or enjoy a dinner of delicious Mediterranean specialities from the brick-built barbecue, all scenarios are possible here.

The interior of your holiday home is also decorated in a solid and typical Mallorcan style. The practical aspect takes centre stage in this villa, which has cool floor tiles throughout that are suitable for bare feet. It is a place to live and feel at ease and does not want to be science fiction or monumental. Front a Mar is a classic Mallorcan house, partly furnished with antique wooden furniture: robust, high-quality work combined with bright, warm colours. High ceilings and the light that falls through the many windows give the whole house a certain airiness. On cooler days, all guests can gather in the large living and dining room to eat together at the dining table or sink into the soft cushions of the sofa. The kitchen is both practical and modern, making it an ideal workspace where preparing all meals will be a real pleasure for the villa's chefs. Equally practical are the three bedrooms, which offer ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe and beds for a comfortable and cosy night's sleep. Two bathrooms in excellent condition round off the interior.

In contrast to the deliberate understatement of the villa, the surrounding area has blockbuster qualities. You enjoy a wonderfully rural location on the edge of the small village of Son Servera with uninterrupted views of the sea. At the same time, you can reach the east coast of the island in five minutes via the country road that runs past the house. There you will find beautiful sandy beaches. Costa de los Pinos offers several good restaurants and bars and is also within easy walking distance. A particular highlight in Son Servera is the Església Nova, a church designed by one of Gaudí's students. The exterior walls of the building are largely complete, including the windows and rose windows. However, the roof has not been completed, which gives this place its very special charm today. Other highlights of the region are the promenades of Cala Bona and Cala Millor or the gigantic stalactite caves. All in all, Villa Front a Mar offers a show worth seeing. The Villa Front a Mar, which exudes a very classic Mallorcan ambience, is situated on a slight slope near Cala Bona with marvellous sea views of the east coast. Numerous shopping facilities, for example in Son Servera, are just a few minutes away. Cala Millor and Cala Bona have beautiful promenades with many bars and restaurants for an evening stroll or a night out. The beach of Sa Marjal always offers space to relax in the sun.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party group as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
