The proximity to the sea is undoubtedly the outstanding feature of this fantastic holiday villa on Mallorca. But Casa Bon Sol, the house of good sunshine, has one or two other highlights up its sleeve! You enter the property and immediately find yourself in the middle of the walled garden, which, with its lawn and evergreen hedge, radiates a certain cosiness in the middle of the development. The small palm tree is a real eye-catcher by the pool, which is covered with blue mosaic stones and has a relaxation area where bubbling water pampers the body. The comfortable loungers make you want to dream the whole day away in the blue sky. At the same time, the elevated terrace beckons, where you can enjoy your meals under the protection of the awning and have a great view of the pool. Depending on the position of the sun and your need for warmth, you can also use the terrace on the other side of the house and take a seat at a table there too. It is a real pleasure to prepare Mediterranean delicacies on the brick barbecue and enjoy them in a convivial atmosphere.

Flooded with light and in a modern style, the top-equipped villa awaits its guests inside. An extremely harmonious colour scheme in combination with high-quality materials and harmonious shapes creates an upscale, trendy ambience. An open-plan living-dining room with a large flat-screen TV and access to the terrace is the perfect place to relax indoors, while the fully equipped kitchen has a super-modern look with sophisticated appliances and a cooking island. There is also another table here. On the upper floor of the villa there are three elegant and cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There is a practical guest WC on the ground floor. The spacious floor area of the house allows for plenty of privacy even when fully occupied. Very close to the sea, on the southern edge of the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada, the modern villa Casa Bon Sol welcomes up to six guests. This attractive domicile for couples and families offers various terraces in front of and behind the house with inviting seating areas as well as a saltwater pool with a wellness area where the water bubbles wonderfully. Thanks to the privacy screen, absolute privacy can be enjoyed here despite direct neighbours. Thanks to its location on the street, the infrastructural connections are ideal: shops, restaurants and the beach are all within easy walking distance.
