Villa Can Penyata is just the right holiday home for you if you are looking for a typical Mallorcan house that is also modern and has a pool. It is in a quiet location, yet close to the sea, beaches, shops and restaurants. You can reach the tourist attractions in just a few minutes and just as quickly return to the tranquillity that surrounds this holiday property. The 7,500 m² plot is completely fenced in and enclosed by a beautiful natural stone wall. Lawns and lush vegetation characterise the property. Three covered terraces offer numerous opportunities to find your own favourite spot, in addition to other elegant spaces. The cosy bench under the trees may well become your favourite spot. It is surrounded by an inviting tiled sun terrace, where you can laze in the Mediterranean sun to your heart's content on the sun loungers provided. If required, parasols are also available in the breezy natural shade of the garden. If necessary, you can also refresh yourself under the outdoor shower. The covered terrace of the house is accessible from the living room or the kitchen. The standard awnings allow you to sit in the shade even in the afternoon. A special highlight is the barbecue hut. A large charcoal barbecue, a sink with running water and a table with two benches invite you not only to enjoy your meals outdoors, but also to prepare them there. Here you will also find an original, rear-facing window with a view of the garden. Sports enthusiasts can play table tennis, basketball and volleyball on the property.

The two-storey villa has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom (as a connecting room), three bathrooms with showers, a living/dining room and a kitchen with dining area. There is a sofa set in the living room where you can make yourself comfortable at any time of day.
Two folding recliners are also available. For your comfort, you will find a satellite TV and a CD player. WLAN is also available here. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double sink, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven and extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle: everything you need for your everyday holiday. A round arch separates the kitchen from the dining area. The three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The largest bedroom on the ground floor has a comfortable double bed where you can relax in comfort. The windows in the house have modern double glazing without shutters. A second television is positioned here. The small bedroom is a passageway between the entrance area (entrada) and the large bedroom. From the bedroom on the upper floor, which is furnished with a single bed, you can enjoy sea views. The bathrooms are modern, with a bright and friendly flair. You do not need to bring a hairdryer from home. The decorated hallway of the house, called Entrada in Mallorca, offers a very inviting entrance. The dark tiles frame the beautiful borders like a carpet. Similar coloured tiles can also be found in other parts of the house.

The nearest beach, Platja S' Illot, is only about three kilometres away. Porto Cristo is about four kilometres away. In Porto Cristo, you can take a stroll along the marina or swim at the beach. After an eventful day out, you will certainly want to return to Villa Can Penyata and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere. The typical Mallorcan villa Can Penyata is located on the east side of the island in an extremely quiet location next to Son Carrio. Thanks to its proximity to Cala Millor, Sa Coma, S'Illot and Porto Cristo, beaches, shops and restaurants are all within easy reach. Palma de Mallorca airport is 66 kilometres away.
