A Mallorcan dream house, built from natural stone and surrounded by a spacious and well-tended garden - that and much more is Villa Gran Sueno. It offers space for up to eight people and two babies. The magnificent property with rustic columns has two large balconies, one of which is covered, and from each you can enjoy the view of the sea, which is only 3 kilometres away. In addition, you will be seduced by the azure shimmer of the pool, which is surrounded by a remarkable terrace area. Here you can swim a few laps or cool off from the summer heat before reclining on one of the comfortable sun loungers or finding a nice spot in the shade - how about the cosy wicker chairs in the outdoor kitchen? The bar with its accompanying bar stools is just waiting for you to enjoy an evening cocktail or a cold cerveza or two while you gaze out over the illuminated pool.

The interior of the villa is impressive throughout: the furnishings are lovingly modelled on the classic Mallorcan style down to the last detail. There are large tiles in every room, as well as warm, dark brown wood, light-coloured walls and tasteful lamps. The ground floor has an open-plan design and stone arches aesthetically connect the very well-equipped kitchen, the cosy dining area and the living room with its extremely soft upholstered furniture, which is arranged around the house's own fireplace. On colder evenings, you can spend many pleasant hours here by the crackling fire. One of the villa's four double bedrooms is located on the lower floor. The other three are located on the upper floor and can be reached via an elegant staircase with an ornate black handrail. All bedrooms are bright, spacious and equipped with attractive beds; the three very clean bathrooms are particularly impressive with their modern, high-quality fittings.

The location of Villa Gran Sueno is ideal for a varied holiday, whether with friends or children. You can reach the beach and the lively Cala Millor harbour promenade with a very large selection of lovely bars and restaurants in five minutes by car via the nearby country road. The resort also offers great shopping opportunities. Groceries and more can be bought in Sa Coma, which is only approx. 3 km away and also has some tourist infrastructure, but is not quite as lively as Cala Millor. On the beach of Sa Coma you can go on wonderfully relaxing hikes to the protected Punta de'n Amer peninsula - watching wild horses is not uncommon here!

Villa Gran Sueno with its high-quality furnishings and sea views is situated on a 15,000 m² plot in the east of the island. Old olive trees, tall cypresses and imposing palm trees provide shade in the lovingly landscaped garden, which offers plenty of space for children to play and wonderful walks for adults. Several beautiful beaches such as those of Sa Coma, Cala d'en Rafelinos and Cala Petita are only around 3 km away and the nearest supermarket is just 2.9 km away.
