Picturesquely nestled in the green landscape of the coastal municipality of Son Servera, this modern villa offers the ideal retreat for holidaymakers looking for peace and relaxation in a rural setting, but who also want to take the back roads to the beautiful seaside resorts of the island's east coast with its wide range of activities. The extremely well-preserved property is lined with olive trees, which emphasise the Mediterranean atmosphere of the natural stone finca. The beautiful, open area is also suitable as a sunbathing lawn where you can catch the sun's rays, as well as a great place for children to run around. The big highlight of the outdoor area is of course the shimmering turquoise pool, which is perfectly situated on the large sun terrace (10 m long, accessible via wide steps, maximum depth between 0.60 m and 1.60 m). Here you can leave everyday life far behind you, swim a few refreshing lengths and then relax on one of the sun loungers by the pool in the Mallorcan sun. After spending time by the pool, you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace under the vine-covered awnings and read a holiday book or have a snack. To the side of the house there is another semi-open terrace with a dining table and a fantastic view of the rolling hills in the distance. Next to the kitchen and with a large barbecue, this is a lovely spot, perfect for al fresco dining.

The interior of Villa Ses Fonolleres has a harmonious interior design that is modern yet warm. The villa is flooded with light thanks to the many floor-to-ceiling windows and garden access doors. The space on the ground floor is particularly impressive. High vaulted ceilings emphasise the generous feeling of space, while round arches give the impression of a flowing combination of living, dining and cooking. Shelves and lighting elements built into the walls fulfil a practical and aesthetic purpose throughout the villa. The fully equipped kitchen with cooking island and counter provides space for everyone to help prepare meals. If you feel like entertaining or the weather is not playing ball, you can relax on the sofa in front of the flat-screen TV or watch an exciting DVD together. Three bedrooms (1 x with double bed, 2 x with two single beds, plenty of storage space) offer a restful, peaceful night's sleep. The rooms are characterised by typical Mallorcan décor elements with lime-white walls and traditional wooden beamed ceilings. One of the two bathrooms with natural light on the ground floor is separate and is therefore ideal as a guest bathroom. A wide staircase leads from the entrance area to the top floor. There is a small gallery with a sofa where you can enjoy a book. Behind the gallery is the third bedroom with adjoining bathroom and direct access to the balcony, which offers a wonderful, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside.

Have you had enough time to enjoy the comfort of the villa? Fancy some beach fun? You're just a 12-minute walk from Cala Bona, where there are plenty of activities and amenities on offer. The nearby cove is suitable for families with young children Breakwaters mark an exclusive swimming area with a gentle slope leading to deeper water. Are bigger waves and less hustle and bustle more your thing? Then head to Sa Marjal beach with its beautiful views of the green landscape. The enticing tourist town of Cala Millor, with its attractive shopping promenade and wide selection of bars, cafés and restaurants, is just 5 minutes from the villa. To get to know the town a little better and enjoy completely fresh produce and Mallorcan specialities, we recommend you take a look at the weekly market in Son Servera, which takes place on Friday afternoons. This pretty villa is situated on an 8,000 m² plot in a sunny south-facing position, in a rural area in the south of the island. Due to the rural surroundings, this place enjoys absolute tranquillity, although it is only a stone's throw away from bathing bays such as Cala Bona and other beautiful sandy beaches. The small town of Son Servera and the nearby coastal town of Cala Millor are only 5 minutes away by car and offer shopping facilities and restaurants.
