If you are looking for a truly paradisiacal Mediterranean villa for two, Villa Guya could be the property of your choice. It is one of the few genuine two-person properties that are so rare to find in Mallorca. An outstanding feature of this holiday home, however, is its excellent location. It is located directly behind the fine, white sandy beach of Cala Agulla. This bay is otherwise completely undeveloped, so that you can spend your holiday with the greatest possible privacy. Particularly noteworthy is the exceptionally beautiful outdoor area of the small property. There are large natural stone terraces, one of which was originally designed as a roof terrace and offers marvellous sea views. There is also a round pool measuring 10 x 5 metres, which is shared. The swimming pool, beautifully surrounded by plants, is almost exclusively for the guests' use and is rarely used by the hostess. There is outdoor seating and sun loungers on the pool terrace and from here you can also overlook part of the sea, the pine forest and the surrounding hills of the local coastal region.

Small but nice is the best way to describe the interior of the villa. Light-coloured walls, exposed beam ceilings, round arches, tasteful flooring, natural stone elements and exquisite decoration characterise the cosy interior atmosphere. The furnishings throughout the property are of an extremely high quality and are therefore aimed in particular at holidaymakers in Mallorca who value a high standard of furnishings. In addition to the bedroom with adjoining alcove, a practical alternative for those sleeping alone, the small house has a fully equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine) and a living area with German satellite TV (on a large flatscreen). There is also a bathroom with natural light. Ceiling fans and central heating for the cooler winter months are also included. This allows you to alternatively or additionally bring cosy warmth into the small villa. Villa Guya is an adults-only villa. All of us at Fincallorca can highly recommend this property. This is an absolutely fantastic property.

As some stone walls and fences criss-cross the local natural landscape, we recommend the paved footpath for the walk to the beach, even for climbing professionals and even if it is a diversion. The fine sandy beach on the west side of Cala Agulla is completely framed by a pine forest that has spread over an area of dunes. This has been declared a protected area and is recognised as a natural area of special value. In Cala Ratjada you can also enjoy life in a lively coastal town and shop and stroll around the centre. Other beautiful places such as the tranquil Capdepera or the medieval town of Artà are only a few minutes away by car and offer beautiful excursion destinations.

Villa Guya is an absolute dream villa and is located just 300 metres as the crow flies from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Mallorca, Cala Agulla near Cala Ratjada. It is situated in an absolute paradise in a 4,000 m² large, marvellous Mediterranean garden. You can go shopping in neighbouring Cala Ratjada.
