Are you looking for a finca for a complete family holiday? Maybe your grandparents are travelling with you? Or an au pair? You've found it with the cosy and versatile Finca Es Coll den Ferragut. For 10 people, it has everything you need, from cosy bedrooms and comfortable living areas to spacious outdoor areas with a pool, covered terraces, sun loungers, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a playground for the little ones. One of the bedrooms is located slightly away from the main house and therefore offers privacy at night. The typical Mallorcan finca is strategically located, from where you can reach both Porto Cristo and Manacor and various beaches and bays can be easily reached by car.

At this holiday finca, typical Mallorcan decoration meets modern bathrooms, cosy living areas meet colourful toys, quiet sitting areas meet communication-friendly communal areas. On the ground floor of the house, you are greeted by a typical entrance area that leads you to the dining room with a fireplace and a large eat-in kitchen. This is decorated with various original Mallorcan utensils. Feel the tradition as you prepare a delicious meal on the five-ring gas hob. A spacious pantry offers storage space and has various pots, coffee machines and other kitchen utensils. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on this level. On the mezzanine floor is the large living room with a stately leather landscape, relaxing armchairs, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and panoramic windows with far-reaching views of the countryside. Artful decoration also conveys a feeling of hyggeness. The living room opens onto a large terrace with the same view as described above. There is also another bedroom and a bathroom on this floor. A few steps further up there is another living room with a sofa bed as well as two further bedrooms and a bathroom. A further bedroom with bathroom is accessible from the outside. Outside, you can sunbathe directly in the sun on one of the sun loungers on the terrace, relax in the shade under the pergola, cool off in the pool or relax in the outdoor living room. The highlight is undoubtedly the large covered outdoor kitchen with dining table and large TV. Have you ever watched a football match or your favourite TV series directly from the pool? You can do so here. Don't lose sight of your little ones, the fenced-in playground is right next door. If you want to let off steam, you can do so on the neighbouring private football pitch. With real football goals and blue and yellow T-shirts available, you can play a real game, and there are seats on the edge of the pitch for the cheerleaders. When you book this holiday finca, you only want to leave it to go shopping. If you want to visit the island, do sports, see the sights or dine in a restaurant on the seafront, there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. You will remember your holiday on this finca for a long time to come and will definitely come back next year. With a playground, outdoor kitchen, covered terraces and pool, the typical finca Es Coll den Ferragut is particularly attractive for families with young and older children. The weekly market on Passeig de la Sirena is well worth a visit on Sundays. On the extensive south-east coast you will find a flattened natural beach, Cala Petita, or other calas and beaches.
