An absolutely inviting variety of wonderful places to spend time outdoors immediately catches your eye as you stroll around the grounds of this Mallorcan farmhouse. Whether covered or directly under the Mediterranean sky, whether close to the house or a little further away, there is a suitable spot for every sun position and taste! The property is beautifully overgrown and well-kept, with predominantly Mediterranean shrubs, over which you can look into the greenery. The path leading from the house down to the pool, which is 15 metres long and also has something to offer sporty holidaymakers, looks majestic. The pool is easily accessible via a staircase and is covered with decorative mosaic stones. Sun loungers and deckchairs are available for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. Before you set off from the house towards the chill zone, be sure to grab your favourite drink! The covered terrace by the house is a great place to spend the evening. Another highlight here is the barbecue, which has been stylishly integrated into a natural stone wall.

Spacious. High quality. Elegant. That's how you could describe the interior of the house in three words. But there is much more to this farmhouse in Mallorca that deserves a more detailed mention. The light-flooded interior is characterised by its open design with high ceilings and the high-quality, stylish interior design, which conjures up a special harmony in the rooms. You can sit comfortably on the sofas by the fireplace and in front of the TV, and right next door there is a wonderful dining area in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is open-plan and impresses with its elegant design and comprehensive equipment. There are also three super cosy double bedrooms on this living level, all with en suite bathrooms, as well as a practical guest WC. A further bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the upper floor, which can be reached via an open staircase. On the gallery there is another seating area with a view of the living area below. Maris is the ideal holiday home for all holidaymakers who value upscale, aesthetically designed furnishings in combination with a good location. The cubic Mallorca farmhouse Maris is located just over 5 minutes by car from Ses Salines, where you will find a supermarket, cafés and restaurants. The nearby road provides perfect connections to various places. The drive to Colònia de Sant Jordi with its beautiful Platja des Port takes about fifteen minutes. Other nearby beaches such as Can Curt, Platja de Es Carbó or Platja de es Dolç invite you to spend more varied hours by the sea.
