The modern Villa Clovetes is a small holiday paradise that we particularly recommend to all beach-loving holidaymakers. Our aerial photos show the oasis-like character of the natural garden with lawns around the terraces. Numerous palm trees, citrus trees and other Mediterranean trees line the pool and the beautiful house with its enchanting Mallorcan natural stone. You can almost smell the sea, but you can definitely feel the pleasant breeze, which makes a private pool all the more beautiful. The pleasantly proportioned and malachite-coloured mosaic pool offers a wide step entrance and a comfortable depth for children. After a refreshing dip, you can relax on one of the sun loungers on the surrounding sun terrace. To the side is an integrated barbecue area with additional storage space and a practical washbasin. An awning stretches from the small outdoor kitchen to the covered terrace, emphasising the maritime character of the property. On the veranda, which is completely adjacent to the living and dining area, there is always pleasant shade with a table and wicker chairs, where you can celebrate your barbecue rituals with friends and family.

Although the exterior is in keeping with the classic Mallorcan tradition, the interior of the house is filled with an enlightening sense of less is more. Through the numerous panoramic windows, you will experience a wonderfully bright house that is absolutely purist and modern. The warm terracotta colour of the textured plaster walls emphasises the simple and clear forms. The contemporary design of the room also harmonises with functional areas for living, dining and cooking. The living room furniture is also in soft earthy tones and allows you to relax in front of the fireplace, which also creates a cosy atmosphere in the dining area. The wooden table and country-style chairs stand in front of the cooking area, separated by a counter. It does not have a designer built-in cooker, but you will find stone kitchen cabinets with wooden doors. However, it does contain the technical amenities you would want if you opt for a self-catering holiday. The cosy bedrooms, where a good night's sleep is not a pipe dream, are furnished in the same style and, despite their slightly industrial charm, are still pleasantly comfortable thanks to the use of natural wood for the doors and windows. There is a double bed in the master bedroom and two separate beds in each of the other two bedrooms. Two trendy bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, ensure a pleasant holiday, no matter which configuration you choose for your holiday on Mallorca.

The inviting Clovetes clearly combines the charm of a rural villa with the attractive coastline, as the beach of Cala Bona is only 1500 metres away and can be reached on foot. The beach is particularly family-friendly, offering a shallow entrance into the sea. The village has a small marina, a promenade with numerous shops and attractive restaurants. That's why people like to go there in the evening to have a drink and enjoy the view of the sea. In general, this area is ideal for hiking tours, but water sports such as diving and fishing are also popular here. Other coastal towns such as Cala Millor, Cala Ratjada or Portocristo to the south are also within easy reach. This also applies to the other small towns on the island, Son Servera or the medieval town of Artà, to name but a few. So there is more than enough variety and relaxation in your private pearl of Clovetes.

Villa Clovetes, with its minimalist-purist design, is located in a rural setting on a plot with numerous palm trees and other Mediterranean trees. Despite its quiet location, it is only 5 minutes away from Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Under the palm trees there is a boulevard with several restaurants, cocktail bars and shops that invite you to take a stress-free stroll. Cala Bona beach has even been awarded the Blue Flag for its excellent water quality.
