A rural, quiet villa, cosy and comfortable, not too big and built at ground level: This gem is called Bellpuig d'Artà and is located on a huge estate near Artà in the east of the island. No matter where you are on the property: Your gaze always wanders over nature with its wonderfully relaxing effect. Behind the house, which is built on a small hill, you can cool off in the sloping pool, swim laps or take advantage of the many opportunities to relax. Next to the pool with its inviting sun loungers, you will find a seating area under the pergola where you can sip a cocktail in the shade, read a good book or simply unwind. The same applies to the awning on the side of the house. For meals together in the fresh air, sit at one of the dining tables on the covered terrace. The garden directly around the house is laid out in a gently sloping terrace style, with lawns for accompanying children to play in and some impressive palm trees.

The interior of Bellpuig d'Artà is modern, inviting and cosy - a feel-good home away from home. Natural and white tones dominate the colour scheme, beautifully complemented by the rustic wooden beams on the ceilings and natural stone details in various parts of the house. It is particularly practical that you will find everything on one level, which makes life easier for families with children. The open-plan kitchen with large fridge and the dining area with wooden table and matching chairs as well as the living room with the golden sofa, rocking chair and fireplace are located in a spacious, long room. The villa's living space is complemented by two lovingly furnished double bedrooms, each with spacious wardrobes for your holiday outfits and seating, as well as a bathroom with beautiful blue decorative tiles, a bathtub and a brick-built shower.

Off into the countryside - your holiday home is the perfect starting point for relaxing walks, challenging hikes or long bike rides in the countryside. To get to the nearby town of Artà, which is only 5 km away, you can easily drive along the road in your hire car, which is occasionally audible depending on the wind direction. The small, medieval town with its characteristic two churches, which you should definitely visit, impresses with its authentic charm Stress is not part of everyday life here and fortunately this will quickly rub off on visitors to the small town. Narrow alleyways, scattered shops, restaurants and cafés reflect the typical Mallorcan lifestyle, which you can fully immerse yourself in. If you want to spend a day by the sea, you can visit the sandy beach of Sa Marjal, just 13.1 kilometres away. Imposing dunes separate it from the road, but once you have overcome them, you will be rewarded with a great view of the water and the green mountains. Despite the picturesque location, there is also a good infrastructure with showers, toilets and parasol hire. Wonderfully quiet and in the middle of nowhere in the best sense of the word, yet less than 5 kilometres from Artà: this is the well-kept Villa Bellpuig d'Artà in the east of Mallorca. The single-storey house sits on a huge plot and is surrounded by a terraced garden with lawns. The centrepiece is clearly the large pool with sun loungers and a pergola for relaxing. The beach of Sa Marjal is approx. 13 km away.
