The pretty Villa Sa Mata EMF275 is located together with the holiday home Piscina EMF274, which is also included in our programme, on a spacious, lushly landscaped plot. The outdoor area is so spacious that you can enjoy a high degree of privacy during your holiday and if you are travelling as a large group, all the properties can be rented together, almost as if you were renting a whole small village. During the day you can organise a game of tennis on the private court, which is available from 10 am to 9 pm and is shared by all guests. Afterwards, why not cool off in the beautiful little pool at Villa Sa Mata before settling down on one of the many lawns in the garden and really savouring the feeling of this green oasis? Four comfortable pool loungers invite you to relax under the Mediterranean sun. Depending on the time of day, you can retreat under the veranda or in the breezy natural shade from the potentially excessive UV rays. Open and covered terrace areas invite you to relax and chill out in a sophisticated atmosphere. You can enjoy your meals in the comfortable polyrattan furniture on the covered terrace. It's a wonderful place to start the day in the morning and to round off the day in the evening in a marvellous atmosphere. If you feel like it, balmy evenings are just the right time for a culinary barbecue, where freshly bought regional delicacies are prepared on the grill. At the side of the house, a table and benches provide another outdoor seating area where you can sit in a rustic ambience.

When you enter the house, you are greeted by a tasteful, very harmoniously designed interior. Lots of wood, warm colours and well-balanced decor create an all-round cosy flair. You can cook together in the living/dining room, which is directly accessible from the outside. A flat-screen TV with satellite connection is also installed here so you can keep an eye on what's happening at home. The spacious, typically Mallorcan kitchen is equipped with everything you need on a daily basis, including a coffee machine. Two lovingly decorated bedrooms provide an ideal base for a restful night's sleep. Mosquito nets are available if required. The white and yellow bathroom is functional and has natural light. An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't have to bring them from home. The washing machine, which is available on the property, will also come in handy when packing.

Who knows, maybe you'll find a few extras for your wardrobe while shopping? There is also a weekly market in Artà every Tuesday, where you can buy regional culinary specialities and the finest Mallorcan handicrafts. In Son Servera, you can visit the weekly market every Friday. As for the nearby beaches, you are spoilt for choice: Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and the bay of Cala Millor are perfect for heavenly days of swimming before you return to your wonderfully peaceful villa Sa Mata and reflect on the day's events over a glass of wine. Villa Sa Mata is located in a rural area, less than 10 minutes' drive from Artà. It shares a huge estate with another villa, but also has a completely secluded location due to the size of the plot. In the attractive old town of Artà you will find small alleyways, inviting bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets for your daily shopping. Several natural sandy beaches can be reached in a very short time.
