The villa "Es Serva, with sea views, was built on a 15,500 m² plot on a hillside between Artà and Son Servera. It offers you a fantastic view of the sea on the north-east coast of Mallorca. Both Artà and Son Servera are only about 5 and 8 km away respectively and a beautiful, natural sandy beach can be reached by car in just 5 minutes. There are four golf courses close to the villa, some of which are only 10 minutes away by car.
Air conditioning is included in the price of this accommodation, but its use is limited to 21:00 to 08:00.
