Simmerdeis an der Gracht is a holiday apartment complex of 3 units. The main house Simmerdeis on the canal is on the street with a view of the water - the two loft apartments are in the backyard.
The loft has a very nice bedroom that is separated from the dining and living room by a glass/steel wall and can be darkened. In the living area there is a sofa bed on which one or two additional people can sleep. You can work or eat at the spacious dining table. The kitchen area, which is open in the loft, has a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a wide range of everything your heart desires if you are planning a longer vacation and like to cook. There is a bathroom with a window facing the courtyard with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and towel warmer. When the weather is nice you can sit on the sun terrace, work or have a meal. For larger groups or events, you can book the second loft apartment (max. 3 people per apartment) on the ground floor, or the canal house “Simmerdeis an der Gracht” (up to 6 people) at Vakanz.

Conditions:
Arrival and departure days count as one calendar day. The holiday home is free from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival (earlier times on request). Please Be sure to let us know your expected arrival time a few days before your arrival. Departure time at 10:00 a.m. (later time on Inquiry). The keys are handed over contact-free via the key box. You can find this directly on the left in the entrance to the house. The You will receive the code from me shortly before arrival.
I would like to ask you to leave the holiday home/loft apartment in a tidy condition and to dispose of your rubbish yourself in the rubbish containers in the garage entrance. We separate residual waste, organic waste, cardboard and packaging. The following tasks are not part of the final cleaning and must be completed by the tenant before departure:
1. Empty the refrigerator and wipe it dry.
2. Dispose of all leftover food and waste glass - including deposit glass.
3. Do the washing up and put the dishes dry in their designated place - we have a dishwasher the kitchen. The machine must be completed before you leave - for safety reasons, please do not leave the machine running when you leave.
4. Please dispose of household waste in the designated containers
5. Turn off any electrical appliances that you have turned on.
6. If you have not already done so, inform us of all damage and losses to the holiday home/loft apartment and the furnishings.
7.bLeave your holiday accommodation swept clean. The vacuum cleaner is in the loft apartments in the wardrobe, mop, cleaning products and a broom can be found on the left in the outbuilding next to your entrance door - the code is: 2007. In the holiday home, the cleaning room is in the kitchen/hallway - to the left of the refrigerator
8. Leave the second key (which you will find on the dining room table when you arrive) on the dining room table again, Lock the front door with the other key and put the key back in the key box.
Pay: This can be done via the holiday portals or directly in consultation with me. Normally 50% of the booking amount immediately - the remaining amount no later than 7 days before arrival by bank transfer.
Damage: No one intentionally damages things, but anyone can It happens that something breaks or a dog gets so badly looking forward to our apartment, that he does things that he would never do otherwise would.... You will receive the binding payment deadlines and conditions with the invoice from your contractual partner. Payment deadlines and possible payment methods may vary depending on the contractual partner as well as the time interval between the booking date and the travel date.
