This holiday home has a charming natural stone façade and a covered dining area for pleasant al fresco meals. The spacious terrace leads to a large swimming pool, decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with steps, offering a shallow and salt-cleaned swimming experience. Furthermore, guests can enjoy the fantastic sea view from the upstairs balcony and enjoy outdoor activities such as a volleyball net.

The interior boasts a trendy design with white walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, terracotta tiles and cosy furniture that create an inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living and dining area overlooks the garden, while the fully equipped kitchen is suitable for self-catering. The aesthetically renovated Can Miquel farmhouse is located near the fishing village of Sa Ràpita in the south of Mallorca. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are approx. 2.5 km away. The sandy beach of Sa Ràpita is only approx. 7 minutes away by car. The nearest weekly market is in Sa Ràpita, it takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, you can take a trip to Cabrera.

Electricity, air conditioning and heating are included in the rental price, subject to reasonable consumption. In the rare case that this amount is exceeded, you will have to pay money into the unit.
