The large, detached and absolutely first-class luxury villa Enigma is located in Betlem in the north-east of Mallorca directly by the sea and is only approx. 200 metres from a small bay. In this part of the island, Mallorca is still largely undeveloped due to strict nature conservation regulations. The few houses found here are therefore of particular value. This is all the more true when several good restaurants are grouped along the pretty harbour promenade in the nearby fishing village of Colonia de San Pere and shopping can be done in neighbouring Artá.
