Only approx. 500 m from the beautiful bathing beach at Fleesensee, within a quiet residential area in the Trostfeld district, the holiday apartment, renovated in 2019, is located on the upper floor of the owner's house with separate access via an outside staircase. (There is also a holiday home for up to 5 people DZV125 on the approx. 750 sqm residential property). Shopping facilities and restaurants are just a few minutes away, and the approx. 60 m² non-smoking apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD) with open-plan kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (each with 1 double bed, cot, extra beds possible) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). There is also a furnished balcony with barbecue, a high chair for children, insect screens on the windows, heating, car park, bicycle storage and free WiFi.the total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy costs. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property. Guided fishing trips by motorboat can be organised by arrangement.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre, which is well worth seeing, is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. An earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic, connect the two parts of the town. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town. Boat and bicycle hire directly in the town as well as wellness, sports and golf offers at the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee round off the tourist attractions."
