This beautiful villa is located in the picturesque Istrian countryside, near the hilltop town of Buje. The location is an excellent starting point for all kinds of excursions, but is also an ideal area for wine and food lovers.
Villa Croc is a lovingly restored old stone house that offers you comfort and modern amenities you need, but has also preserved the stone and wooden elements of an authentic Istrian house. The ground floor consists of the living room with fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. One consists of a double bed and has a television, while the other bedroom has two separate single beds. This makes it an ideal family accommodation. Outside the villa there is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare and enjoy al fresco meals. The private pool provides refreshment and relaxation on warm summer days. The cosy sun loungers are waiting for you to relax and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind!
Please note: Youth groups are not allowed.Villa Croc is located in a small village in the north-western part of the Istrian peninsula, near the beautiful hilltop town of Buje, which you must visit. Only about 4 kilometres from the villa is the town of wine and olive oil, Buje. Here you can admire well-preserved churches, visit an ethnographic museum or just relax and stroll along the numerous wine roads and taste local wine or olive oil. For lovers of active holidays, there are also many cycling trails in this region. If you want to relax on the beaches of the Adriatic, the beaches around Umag are the closest stretch of coast and are easy to reach. You should also visit the tourist hotspot of Umag if you are on holiday in this area. Umag offers many sights, restaurants, shops, cafés, bars and events. One of these is the world-famous ATP Croatia Open tennis cup, which takes place in July.
