This beautiful property is located on the edge of beautiful Buje in Istria and is a modern 4-bedroom villa perfect for 8 people. It sits on a 615 m2 plot and offers private parking for 3 cars and a fully fenced garden. At the back of the garden is the inviting private pool where you can relax and enjoy the view of the old town of Buje and the tranquillity of the surrounding nature. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, a lounge area and parasols. There is also a covered part on the terrace with a dining table where the whole group can gather and enjoy meals on the outdoor gas grill. From there you have direct access to the inside of the villa. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the living room with a large sofa and fireplace. One bedroom and a bathroom with shower are located on the first floor. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the upper floor and each have access to the terrace - the perfect place to start your day with a view of the green surroundings! All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a double bed. The villa is decorated in an interesting style with great attention to detail and some artistic paintings on the walls. Thanks to the location of the villa, you can easily reach and explore central Istria and the coast of Istria. In short, a fabulous vacation villa! In the middle of the beautiful Istrian countryside, surrounded by enchanting nature, is the historic town of Buje, which was settled in the Bronze Age. This hilly area was planted with olive groves ages ago and has remained unchanged to this day. The location in which the town is situated guarantees a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, but for those who feel like visiting the attractions of northwestern Istria, Umag is only a short drive away from Buje. Numerous historical sights, 45km of coastline, Venetian houses and baroque churches are just a sample of what Umag offers its visitors. Near Novigrad and only five kilometers from the coast is the newly opened Aquapark Istralandia, which is suitable for both adults and children. The highlights of the aquapark include various water slides, including the Free Fall slide and the Family Rafting slide. It is impossible not to have fun at Istralandia, as the aquapark also offers pools, restaurants and various entertainment programs in addition to the water slides.
