Villa Dila is located near the city of Zadar and is ready to provide each guest with a corner for relaxation and a luxurious stay. Built in 2021 in a contemporary style, this brand new villa Dila has 225 m2 of living space and as much as 2300 m2 of total property, and from the bright and clean sea and pebble beach is only 5 km away.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, there are 4 bedrooms, 4 ensuite bathrooms with showers and one separate toilet. On the upper floor you will surely enjoy the panoramic view where in the distance the sky merges with the Adriatic Sea. A fully equipped and modern kitchen will be an ideal place to prepare your favourite and delicious meals for the whole family or a group of friends.

The living room consists of a TV, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a table and next to it there is a terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sea. Near the living room is a dining room and a dining table for 8 people.

Each of the bedrooms has a TV and access to the outdoor garden where there are chairs and tables so you can enjoy the warm sun and fresh air during your stay in Villa Dila. Depending on the need, the villa has underfloor heating or cooling, a feeder and a cot if you bring the youngest ones with you on holiday.

On the upper floor you will also find a swimming pool of 30 m2, 1.2 m deep, which has hydromassage jets as additional equipment. Next to it there is a sun deck with 4 deck chairs where you can relax soaking up the sun after a pleasant refreshment in the pool.

Enjoying complete luxury will allow you to relax in the sauna, in a real Turkish bath whose benefits are anti-stress, muscle relaxation and airway cleansing.

The villa is fully fenced and has a handful of greenery, you can also use the outdoor grill on gas and the villa offers 5 parking spaces.

Villa Dila is located in an olive grove, on the whole estate there are over 200 olive trees. Olive oil is very valuable, it is used for medical purposes and also as an addition to dishes.

Next to Villa Dila there is her sister villa Alba, which can also be rented separately or together with Villa Dila making the complex Villa Dila & Alba which is ideal for a larger group of guests!

Speaking of cities, the nearest city is Zadar, which is very well known to both domestic and foreign tourists. If you are one of those who have not visited it yet, now is the ideal opportunity to do so! The city of Zadar is the second most populated city in Dalmatia, protected and surrounded by a number of beautiful islands. Some of its most beautiful monuments and sights are the church of St. Donat, Forum, Cathedral of St. Stošija, the building of the University of Zadar and many others.

The attractions of the city of Zadar are certainly the Sea Organ, designed by architect Nikola Bašić, located at the end of the Zadar waterfront and consists of stairs below, where they, at the highest level meet and hit the stone, and then create an interesting combination of tones.

Next to the Sea Organ is located the famous Greeting to the Sun installation. These are glass panels that 'absorb' sunlight during the day, which is why a beautiful visual performance at night, where the lighting elements are transformed into a play of light that delights the visitor!

Some of the interesting cities to visit and located near the city of Zadar are Nin, Biograd na Moru, Pag, Sukosan, Vodice and Sibenik!
