The 3 Zi. holiday apartment in "Chesa Arettas" lies in the 1st upper floor, very quietly and, nevertheless, near with the railway station, 5 walking minutes of the village centre with shopping possibilities and restaurants. The flat is comfortable and is optimum very practically eigerichtet and for self-caterers, because the kitchen is equipped very well.

Summer:
On 580 kilometers of hiking trails across all mountains or with the mountain bike on 400 kilometers of pleasure trails: the Upper Engadine offers a top-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadine are also sporty. Kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling: the possibilities are almost unlimited. The vastness of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the diverse sports opportunities, high-class cultural offers such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages are enticing.
In winter: 
350 finest kilometers of slopes of the ski areas Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and the family-friendly Zuoz invite to true skiing and snowboarding pleasure. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 km of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and in the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks on the frozen Upper Engadine lakes shine with light, sun and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the silence and beauty of the snow-covered forests hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer the overview enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families enjoy the Engadine sun on a carriage ride to Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sled down to the valley on the 4.2km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
