    “Das Haus steht zum Verkauf. Es liegt ein Schreiben der Besitzerin aus, dass mit Besichtigungen zu rechnen ist. Nach der Verkaufsbeschreibung wurde es 1980 erbaut, dies ist in der Ausstattung erkennbar (u.a. grüne und braune Fliesen). Es ist dunkel und mit vielen Gemälden des ehemaligen Hausbesitzers ausgestattet. Anscheinend ist schon länger nicht investiert worden. Bei der Ledercouch z.B. ist die Sitzfläche mehrfach gerissen. Das Geschirr ist zusammengewürfelt, zum Teil angeschlagen und gesprungen.
    Beim Pool war es notwendig mehrfach Wasser aufzufüllen, da ansonsten die Gefahr bestand, dass die Umlaufanlage trocken läuft. Der Junge, der für die Reinigung verantwortlich ist, kommt einmal pro Woche. Der Pool ist nicht mit einem eigenen Wasseranschluss versehen.
    Es ist außerdem zu beachten, dass das Haus eine Sickergrube besitzt, die nahe am Haus liegt.
