This is a spacious 5-bedroom villa located at “the village” urbanization, between Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Almancil. Less than a km away from great household restaurant names and just 5 minutes away from the nearby resorts and the local beaches. It is decorated tastefully and in a comfortable way with everything you will need for a great family holiday.
In total, there are 5 en-suite bedrooms, all with air conditioning. 6 bathrooms, 8 beds where a maximum of 10 persons can sleep. The bedrooms are distributed as follow:
• Ground Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower
• Ground Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower
• 1st Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower
• 1st Floor – super king bed – private bathroom with shower
• 1st Floor – super king bed - private bathroom with shower and bathtub
At ground floor level there’s an extra WC.
The house has a practical and modern fully equipped kitchen with a central island, complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other indispensable accessories. It also has direct access to the BBQ and both indoor and outdoor dining tables.
The living room is bright with its many windows leading to the outside and has fireplace to make the space cozier on winter days.
There’s Wi-Fi broadband internet connection and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…). In the basement level, there’s a cinema room, with a mini pool table, a bar and of course, a large screen TV. Air conditioning is present in all the rooms.
This villa’s exterior is very private and provides 2 separate chill out spots next to the pool with comfortable furniture, you can just relax and enjoy the long nights with your friends.
The swimming pool has approximately 10 meters in length by 4.5 meters wide with depths varying from 1 to 2 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
Still outdoor, an ample outdoor dining table supported by a great inbuilt gas BBQ will provide for great al-fresco dining experiences.
