The apartment is simply but functionally furnished and overlooks the sea. There is also an exclusive enclosed property with garden furniture and two reserved parking spaces.
The beach, easily accessible on foot, is only 50 meters away and runs along the entire seaside resort to the mouth of the Po River. The nature around Rosolina is known for its beauty and peculiarity. Special are the lagoon with its canals and the old fishermen's houses made of reeds and wood. They are located at the mouth of the Po River in the area of the Po Delta Regional Park. In Rosolina you can easily walk and bike along the many bike paths and leave the car. The beach is one of the longest in the upper Adriatic and is particularly suitable for families with children. The nearest town is Chioggia, 20 km away, called 'Little Venice' because of its characteristic canals and the famous and characteristic fish festival that takes place in mid-July. Venice, 50 km away, is also easily reached by train. Treviso with its beautiful monuments is about 85 km away. From Treviso you can visit the Prosecco hills with the historic towns of Conegliano, Susegana and Valdobbiadene. Other destinations: Padua (60 km) and Ferrara (90 km), a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
