House in Beaumont-Du-Périgord with Private Parking

The villa "DUXCAAR" is located on a 22,000 sqm plot in a quiet secluded location, but without being isolated in the immediate vicinity of one of the 20 most beautiful villages of the Dordogne valley, the Bastide town of Beaumont-du-Périgord.In addition to the main house there is a 150 years old completely renovated cottage that can be rented as well on an optional basis. Highlight of the cottage is a very large snooker table. In addition an open fireplace, a small shower room and a large kitchen exist. Furthermore, the dependance has air conditioning and a 20sqm separate terrace.  The 2 ha property has its own forest, large lawns, fruit trees and an adjacent walnut tree plantation and is located about 2 minutes west of Chateau de Bannes. Enjoy the absolute tranquility, perhaps the visit of a deer in the garden, many birds and an intact environment.The villa has an own 5x10m private heated pool . Heating is provided via solar energy, an ecological solution. In the garden, a dog house with shady and sunny areas has been installed for your beloved animal. It comprises 100 m² which allows you to keep your dog in a secure and cosy surrounding. The dog house can be seen from the terrace. You can keep your dog safely in here even for long-term while you are enjoying delicious meals in a nearby restaurant. Beaumont is located in the heart of the Périgord. From here you can reach all highlights of the Périgord very centrally, whether one of the many caves, the monasteries and churches of the French part of the Way of St. James (UNESCO World Heritage) or the many castles and palaces as witnesses of turbulent times.     “This is a beautiful home in a very quiet area around 25 minutes from Bergerac.The nearby town (Beaumont-du-Périgord) has a lovely town square with 2 bistros, a crêperie, and a fabulous boulangerie (they even made us a birthday cake for our son's birthday while we were there).

    At the villa there is a lovely pool, a large terrace with comfortable outdoor seating, and a large garden. The outdoor BBQ is really easy to use and the kitchen is extremely well equipped for all needs.

    Bedrooms are comfortable, the lounge relaxing, and plenty of space around the property.

    We've booked a few homes in this region of France over the last few years - this is by far the nicest one.Thank you - we will come back!”

    “The Villa Duxcaar is set within scenic and very private grounds which contributed to our very relaxing holiday. The house has all the features including air conditioning and spacious living and dining areas. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The pool has recently been refurbished and is surrounded by a patio area which has a large covered seating areas suitable for dining outside. The beds are very cpmfortable and the showers are excellent. Outside we enjoyed use of the Ping Pong table along with the petanque area. There is also an outdoor BBQ. We also enjoyed use of the Dependance which had a full size snooker table along with cooking and bathroom facilities. Positiv: Private House set within private extensive grounds in a rural and scenic location with large swimming pool and Ping Pong Table!”
