Beautiful vacation home with private pool on the edge of a pretty village in the Ardèche, Lussas, 14 km from Aubenas.
You have the privilege of having two independent houses enjoying a beautiful pool that is not visible. Nestled in a green and enclosed grounds, a modern villa and a more traditional Provençal house welcome you in a quiet environment. A summer kitchen, a large shaded terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue make it an ideal place to enjoy the fresh air and dinner under the stars. These 2 houses can accommodate a large family or a group of friends who want to spend a vacation with privacy. The modern villa is cozy, contemporary and neatly furnished, while the traditional house invites you to Provence with mainly wood furnishings.
In the heart of the Ardèche Regional Park, on the outskirts of the village of Lussas, known for its dolmens and its Gallo-Roman oppidum, this property exudes an atmosphere of serenity and offers a beautiful view of the mountains of Coiron and the castle of Mirabel. You are ideally located between the green Provence, the Gard and the Drôme Provençale, close to the Rhône Valley, known for its famous AOC wines, and not far from the attractions of Vallon Pont d'Arc, including the high mineral arch. At 53 meters, the door opens to the magnificent gorges of the Ardèche, distinguished by charming villages like Vogüé or Balazuc, their local products and their delicious bistros.
