Geräumige provenzalische Villa mit Pool für Ihren Urlaub im Var Große Villa in Frankreich, in Villecroze, in der Region der Weinberge des Var (83), 20 km westlich von Draguignan, in einer wunderschönen ruhigen und ländlichen Umgebung, 35 km südlich des Sees von Sainte-Croix und 70 km von Saint-Tropez entfernt.
Für 8 Personen, 4 Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten, 3 Duschbäder (eines davon im Freien), 3 WCs, super ausgestattete amerikanische Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, TV, Internet, großes helles Wohnzimmer, Heizung/Klimaanlage (Wohnzimmer). Die Konstruktion ist sehr gut isoliert und selbst im Sommer bleibt das Haus kühl.
Gesicherter Pool 10x5m und 1m70 tief. Große Terrassen (ca. 200 m2, davon 70 um den Pool herum, 120 in der Nähe des Wohnzimmers und 20 für Mahlzeiten), BBQ, Gartenmöbel, großes privates und eingezäuntes Grundstück (4000 m2).
Das Ferienhaus verfügt über ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder sowie einen Kindersitz und eine Babybadewanne...
Ruhige und ländliche Umgebung. Das Anwesen liegt am Rande einer Sackgasse. Kleine Geschäfte gibt es in Villecroze (3 km) und die nächsten großen Supermärkte in Salernes (7 km).
