Beautiful cottage in great location directly on the Skåneviksfjord.

From the cottage and its terraces you have a panoramic view towards Skåneviksfjord, Bjoafjord and Hardangerfjord. Swimming possibilities are right along the rocks. If you want a beach, it is only 40 m to the beach with sandy bottom in Husavika. Fishing possibilities directly from the land. If you want to explore on foot, there are marked hiking trails in Skånevik and Etne. Etne mountains are particularly beautiful and known for spectacular viewpoints and several good fishing lakes.

It is only a short drive to the beautiful village of Skånevik, which offers stores, restaurants, bakeries and cultural events in the summer. Etne is also easily accessible by car. Day trips along the Åkrafjord with Langfossen and to Hardanger are recommended. Take the ferry from Skånevik to Kvinnherad and visit the barony of Rosendal. Also experience Haugesund and Karmøy with the small towns of Skudeneshavn and Åkrahamn. Here you will find cozy shopping streets, an animal park and Åkrasanden, which was voted the most beautiful sandy beach in Norway. Trips to Ryfylke, which offers great western nature, are also recommended. Everything is given here for a nice vacation. The cottage is perfect for those who want to spend an adventurous vacation and relaxing days by the fjord.

    “Fantastic location, breathtaking views. Bit of hassle to get to (small road) but if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place!

    2 large outside terraces incl grill/BBQ at the edge of the water (5m). Nicely decorated house and hospitable and helpful owner!
