This modern penthouse can host 4 to 5 people. With its size of 100 m², the apartment offers: two bedrooms, a living room with the possibility of sleeping, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a balcony. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The bedrooms are not air-conditioned. Air conditioning is in the living room. Special mention should be made of the beautiful terrace, on the ground floor, with a 30 m² swimming pool that is available to all guests of the house. You also have TV/SAT, internet and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Parking is in front of the building, guests have one secured parking space. Grilling is not allowed.
