House in Urbanització El Paraíso with terrace

The Mediterranean semi-detached houses are located in the beautiful residential area of El Paraiso (Campos municipality/ Sa Rapita area). The complex is in close proximity to the beach of Es Trenc.

The maximum occupancy is six people (four adults and two children) per terrace house. This modern terrace house has high-quality furnishings. A spacious and light-filled living-dining area with direct access to the terrace/garden, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and storage room are available. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, oven, Ceran hob, coffee machine, toaster, electric hand mixer and washing machine. Further amenities include satellite TV, an ironing board, iron and tea towels.

A roofed and open terrace, as well as a private roof terrace with a sea view are available. There is also a small private garden and a very large communal swimming pool (including children's pool). The residential complex has a very spacious pool area.

Free WLAN access for all tenants is available throughout the whole complex. Upon request, children’s or extra beds can be provided.

The semi-detached house in Sa Rapita (Campos municipality) is just 2 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Es Trenc. You can reach the popular natural sandy beach of Es Trenc and the surrounding golf courses of Son Antem, Son Gual and Maioris in a few minutes by car.

    “Unterkunft und Ausstattung gut. Lage ist sehr weit von jeglichem Sehenswerten, Auto dringend benötigt.

    Service allerdings ziemlich schlecht und unfreundlich.

    Im Garten gehen täglich, wie wir selbst herausfinden mussten, um 18 Uhr Sprinkler automatisch an. Das sollte eine Sache sein, vor der man seine Gäste explizit vorwarnt. Unsere Elektronik hätte locker kaputt gehen können, da die Sprinkler auch deutlich in den Terassenbereich spritzen.

    Auf Nachfrage nach der exakten Frequenz des Sprinklers wurde erst garnicht geantwortet und dann beim 2. Versuch (nach insg. 2 Tagen) konnte nicht geholfen werden, da „sie diese nicht eingestellt hat“. Sie sagte sie würde am nächsten Tag den Gärtner fragen, was sie natürlich nicht machte. Service sieht anders aus.

    Zudem müssen Verbrauchssartikel, wie Geschirrspülertabs, Klopapier etc. selbst aufgefüllt werden. An sich kein Problem, allerdings wurde das zum Einen auch hier vorher wieder nicht erwähnt und zum Anderen sind die vorhanden Mengen extrem dürftig im Prinzip von allem nur 1. 1 Tab, 1 Rolle pro WC. Und das alles bei der heftigen Reinigungspauschale von 140€.

    Insgesamt sind die Unterkünfte von der Ausstattung ganz nett, der Preis okay, aber mit dem unfreundlichen Service und der schlechten Lage würde ich empfehlen eine andere Unterkunft zu finden.”
