Small, cosy and practically furnished semi-detached house with direct access to the Szczecin Lagoon in the south of the island of Usedom. Here you can enjoy the location directly on the water with up to 4 people.

The living room with mini kitchen has direct access to the terrace and the small garden. From here you can jump straight into the water and cool off on hot days.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed (190x180 cm). Another bedroom with two single beds (190x90 cm) is located in the attic, with sloping ceilings. The bedroom is only accessible via a steep staircase.

Other rental properties and the landlord's house are located on the property, where you will be greeted by the owners' friendly Labrador. There are swings and a playhouse for the children to share with the neighbours.

On the sunny island of Usedom, just behind the Zecherin Bridge, away from the tourist centres, you will find the quiet and idyllic fishing village of Westklüne, behind which there is only the dyke and the Szczecin Lagoon. This area is an absolute insider tip for those seeking relaxation - cycling, long walks on the dyke or simply sitting on the terrace and watching the water go by. Spot the water birds passing by or walk around Lake Usedom - there are several ways to spend a relaxing holiday here.

There is a ferry in the small harbour that ferries people with bicycles to Ostklüne. If the peace and quiet is too much for you, you can also spend a day or two in one of the imperial spas on the Baltic Sea, visit Karl's strawberry farm in Koserow or the Gulliver and the parrot house in Pudagla and much more. The technical monument of the railway lift bridge in Karnin is also worth a visit.
