Comfortable studio apartment
The holiday apartment is on the outskirts of the town Friedrichshafen in the Fischbach district, only 600 metres from Lake Constance. The apartment is within the residential development ‘Neue Ortsmitte’. Nearby you can find an Edeka grocery shop, a train and bus stop, and it is just 600 metres to the lake and outdoor pool.
The 45m² studio apartment is on the first floor and can be accessed directly by lift from the reserved underground garage parking space. The apartment has an interior of a high standard, comprising a box spring bed with a comfortable mattress (180 x 200cm), a walk-in wardrobe, a very big bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet, a wardrobe in the hall area, an open living room/bedroom/dining room with comprehensive kitchen equipment, a dining table for four people, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher oven etc., a Smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. All the rooms except the bathroom have oak parquet and underfloor heating.
There is a generous balcony for up to 4 people. The house has an underground garage and a bicycle cellar.
Laundry facilities and an iron etc. are available on request, as well as a children’s travel bed, highchair and baby bath.
