The private garden has a children's playground, two outdoor barbecue areas, fruit trees and a fenced area for your four-legged friends. The house is spread over three levels. The third floor is in the attic and includes a double bedroom with private bathroom. From the garden and second floor you have access to the annex with private entrance. The elegant town of Sestri Levante and its beaches are 23 km away. Be sure to visit the Cinque Terre, the city of Genoa (64 km) and the fashionable Portofino (45 km). For sports fans, the following activities are available: Climbing, wind surfing, deep sea fishing, sport fishing, boat rental, canoeing and cycling. On request and for a fee, the following additional services are available: family excursions with tastings in Genoa, excursions to Cinque Terre, Riviera di Levante, Portofino and San Fruttuoso, urban trekking in Genoa or naturalistic excursions to Cinque Terre and Portofino, excursions to Noli and Finalborgo, horseback riding, boat excursions, food personal shopper, private transfer, motorboat and rubber dinghy rental, car rental or private driver.
