This house is located directly on the Baltic Coast. The new Beach Park, Ostseebad Baabe with fantastic villas, is located amid the gorgeous landscape of sea, beach, dunes and forests. In addition to the high comfort this stylish home offers, its location is also unique - the beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away. This house is very tastefully decorated and furnished with great attention to detail. You can relax in the hot tub in summer, warm up in the sauna after a walk in autumn or enjoy the crackling of the fireplace on a freezing cold winter day. The house has a floor space of approximately 75 square metres, spread over two levels. Two beds (futon) are located on the open loft. You can explore the 'Zicker Alps', the Mönchguter salt marshes or the dolmens in Lancken-Granitz. Smaller shipping companies offer many activities for anglers who like to fish at sea. EXTRAS offered in the house: futon bed on the open loft. Beach basket from May to September. There is one parking space near the house and another one which is chargeable is about 800 metres away. Smoking is restricted. This house is suitable for 4 adults +2 Children.
