This exclusive penthouse apartment in a unique location impresses with a stunning view and luxury furnishings. The Promenade Villa presents itself right at the top of the new holiday resorts Travemünde Waterfront on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein, the sandy beach is just a few meters away.
As a highlight of your apartment has a roof terrace from which you can enjoy a fantastic view over the port of Travemünde, the Trave and the Baltic Sea. The view also falls on the impressive museum ship "Passat" and the temporary sliding in almost within reach big Scandinavia ferry - a unique panoramic view! The penthouse is the only apartment on this floor, so you can enjoy an astonishing amount of privacy.
The apartment is very stylish and modern, all the rooms are flooded with light. Through the floor to ceiling picture windows, the rooms are bright and friendly. Especially the open living and dining area features a huge window front. Here you can sit back, relax and enjoy the view over the sparkling waters and the sandy beach.
Ninette Matthiessen, an artist from Travemünde has also shaped the apartment artistic,: maritime, refreshing and emotional are the atmospheric sailing motifs in the pictures in the apartment.
The four separate bedrooms are all equipped with a flat screen TV. The spacious master bedroom has its own private bathroom with spa bath. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway, the third bathroom is accessible from the bedroom 1 and 3. Here you can enjoy after a long day on the Baltic your personal Wellnessbeerich with sauna, steam bath and double rain shower.
Of course, the apartment on the Travemuende Waterfront is also equipped with a modern entertainment system, including Blu-Ray player, music system and TV. But for the whole of classical entertainment is provided, because you can borrow binoculars for a small deposit from the reception, with the activity in the harbor and the other side can be traced Travelodge. In the evening you can make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fire of the stove.
