Exclusive apartment in a villa Promenade is located right in the heart of the new holiday resorts Travemünde Waterfront on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein.

You can already book the first holiday apartments on the Baltic Sea beach and enjoy the comfort and unforgettable view over the marina, the Trave estuary and the Baltic Sea and spend wonderful days on the Baltic beach in Travemünde-Priwall. Not only from the large terrace, but also by the numerous picture windows, the eye is the impressive museum ship "Passat" and the temporary sliding in almost within reach big Scandinavia ferry - a unique panoramic view!

The apartment is stylish, high quality and modern. All rooms are flooded with light. Ninette Matthiessen, artist from Travemünde, the apartments also artistically shaped Maritim, refreshing and emotional are the atmospheric sailing motifs and unusual fish dishes in the pictures in the apartment.

A special highlight is the bathroom, your personal small spa with sauna and steam bath with integrated rain shower. Here you can unwind, forget everyday life around them and relax for once right! The wellness program is made up in the living area continues, because the flickering flames of bioethanol fireplace bathe the room in a particularly pleasant light. The sofa can be converted in a few steps into two comfortable sleeping.
Of course, the apartment on the Travemuende Waterfront is also equipped with a modern entertainment system, including Blu-Ray, stereo and TV. But for the whole of classical entertainment is provided, because you can get a pair of binoculars for a small deposit from the reception, with the activity in the harbor and the other side can be traced Travelodge.

Please note that the entire resort area is still under construction. Your Promenade Villa is of course completed, but can still be worked around. The recreational activities are not completed.

The Priwall is an approximately three kilometer long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and travelers in the East of Schleswig-Holstein and is one of Lübeck since 1226th Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right outside the door of your holiday home.
